Absolutely. Our classes are designed to meet you where you are. If you're new to Pilates, we recommend starting with our Essentials class, where you'll learn the fundamentals of movement, form, and alignment in a supportive environment. If you prefer a 1:1 experience, we recommend starting with a Private Session

Unlike studios that use only reformers, our classes may include the Reformer, Reformer + Chair, and other Pilates apparatus. This creates more variety, keeps workouts engaging, and helps you build balanced strength and control.

No. Pilates is designed to help you become stronger, improve mobility, and move with greater confidence. Every exercise can be modified to meet your current ability.

If you're new to Pilates, we recommend beginning with an Essentials class or a private session. You'll learn the fundamentals of form, alignment, and movement in a supportive environment that sets you up for success.
If you already have Pilates experience, you're welcome to join any class level or book a private session for a more personalized experience.

Yes. Our classes are intentionally limited to just four clients, allowing instructors to provide hands-on guidance, cue proper form, and offer modifications throughout class.
