As A Workout

We are an alternative to studios that only practice Classical Pilates or high intensity Lagree Fitness. L&T's method is rooted in the foundation of Classical Pilates, but offers a contemporary twist making it more approachable to all bodies and fitness levels. Classes are creative, athletic, and taught in layers to allow clients to choose the intensity that is right for their body that day

We offer results focused classes that are fast paced, energetic, and fun with modifications for all levels. Whether you are looking to build strength, flexibility, improve posture or balance, L&T Pilates is the studio for you.

Meet Your Instructor

Katie Freedman has been a Pilates enthusiast for over 15 years and draws on her many years of experience in SF, LA, and NYC to offer engaging, creative, and fun flows that are appropriate for everybody. Katie knows firsthand how Pilates can change someone's life whether it be simply finding a workout that you genuinely love and sticking with it or recovering from a twin pregnancy where Pilates aided in her recovery post childbirth. Katie is classically trained, having completed her Balanced Body Reformer training as well as Pivot Pilates Mat training and loves to teach a class with a contemporary twist that is results focused, challenging, and fun.
